Little Wind River Habitat Restoration Project Video

We had a busy and productive 2019 with stream restoration projects!  On the Little Wind River, this past summer was the culmination of four phases and nearly a decade of project planning and implementation.  And we went big!  This fourth and final phase was a helicopter-placed wood project, moving more than 75 large logs with rootwads into the stream; significantly increasing the value of habitat for steelhead and other anadromous fish in the Wind River system.
