Underwood Conservation District is here to help with technical assistance and advice about Tree of Heaven growing on your property. The time to treat Tree of Heaven is between July and October when the tree is sending energy down to the roots of the tree. Do not cut down Tree of Heaven, it will cause it to spread by sending shoots from the roots. While we currently do not have funding to treat Tree of Heaven we are still here to help you learn how to treat Tree of Heaven yourself or find someone that is able to treat the trees for you. If you are a certified herbicide applicator and able to help with this project, please contact us at the email or phone number below!
